Re: Media Player 10 Issues

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

When you send the error report from WMP10, what crash bucket number do you
get?

Mpedia Player 10 keeps closing and shows the error message

''Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close''

Sending an error report produces no hepl page on the web, and this happens
everytime I open media player for more than a couple of minutes,
regardless
of whether or not I play music or video.

I have attempted to upload version 11, but that closes down, but without
displaying an error message.

Rolling back from 10 does not work, it reports that it has rolled back,
but
in reality there is no change.

Any ideas?
