can you try running the setup from the cmd prompt with logging params:

urge_release_1.0.8018.0.exe /v"/lvx c:\urge.log"

this should dump everything into urge.log.. the entire file may be too
big to post here - can you try to locate the G:\ drive error and post
around 20 lines surrounding it? Also, feel free to email me the log
file and I'll take a look.
