if your still having a prob (im confused by ur response)
check media player and see in the file/prefrences
if you set it to burn cd when inserted

When I insert a music CD, I used to get a little screen that would ask

wanted to Play the CD, Copy the CD, etc. Now as soon as I insert a
disc,
Window's Media Player starts to burn everything to my computer.
Sometimes

just want to listen to the CD not necessarily copy it. I love Media
Player
