can you please reply with the lines that say "ERROR:" in the wmsetup.log
under the windows dir?

Anyone else having a problem where the player crashes without warning? It
runs for about a minute and it's gone. I have the yahoo music engine with
the
unlimited subscription so i'm not sure if there is a conflict there. When
I
originally installed WMP 11, there was a message saying there was an
installation error, try again. But it did install it, it just doesn't
work.
Any advice?
