I have a Sandisk Sansa m260 wmp can't detect it in mtp mode. Error C00D1179.
I have gone through nine kinds of hell to try to fix this problem and I am
about to throw the computer and the device out the window. I have restarted
"umwdf" no luck. I have Edited the regestry by alowing read access in the
everyone group. I have installed every update windows has.
My device works fine on my "work" computer, so I know it is not the device.
Also, if I reset the device to MSC, it recognizes it fine. I need it to
recognize it in MTP so I can take advantage of my subscription service.
