It's now academic!

Tried to do a restore and the machine threw a spaz (blu scr) ... so have
had to re-install XP.

Prior to that. I'd somehow lost SP2 as well? And it would fail to update
when i tried to install it from the CD.

msoobci.dll

Three Sub/Dir:
Icons
Skins
Visualizations

Windows is installed on C: BTW. ???
