Thanks for the response.

The Bucket ID is 124600056.

I tried checking the internet for similar problems and after typing "media 
player avi crash" I got several pages of people suffering the same problems.  

Some suggest the codecs are at fault, others say it is to do with the modem 
drivers?

No one seems to have any real solutions however.
