Not to worry I fixed the problem clean and simple and recommend the
same fix for everyone posting here with simular problems or burning cd
problems. Just delete windows media player in the add/remove programs area
in control panel and go on the web to real.com and download their free
player and install it!!! It handles all my needs with a smoother interface
and NO ERROR MESSAGES and support people who answer you back.
