Well, in order to adjust it you'd want to be able to either use the keyboard
or the mouse I'm afraid. Normally you can ALT + ENTER to toggle full screen
or right click on it and try it. My suggestion is not really the greatest
but I'd check to see if there are updates available for your keyboard and
mouse drivers AND their "helper" software. For instance if you're using
Microsoft brands then you'd want the latest version of Intellipoint and
Intellitype software - you would want that downloaded, installed, and
allowed to run in the background as the running processes. That's where I'd
start at any rate... Another insane idea might be to try logging on to your
PC in safe mode (go ahead and use your account and not the default
administrator account) and then starting and playing (if it will) a video
file with WMP. When that happens in safe mode try to toggle out of the full
screen either with the mouse or the keyboard. It *should* then remember that
setting...
