When you view the file in Explorer, what file extension is listed for it?
That's very critical. If it says it needs a DVD decoder, then it's either a
DVD file or an MPEG2 file, and you would need to convert it to something
your Zen Vision can play. I don't believe WMP would do that conversion for
you, since it's more of a Player as opposed to a generic converter.
