Yes, but... You first have to have an mpeg2 decoder installed on the
machine. These usually come with DVD software like PowerDVD or WinDVD. WMP
doesn't recognize the .VOB extension so you have to rename the VOB files to
have an .mpg extension. Then if the codec is installed properly it should
play.
