Hello,
recently I purchased a new track from Tiscali Music Italia (OD2 service).
When I try to play that track, WMP 10 ask me (twice) to download a secutity
patch. When I confirm to download it, a dialog box tell me that the required
security upgrade is
not available for download (error code C00D11D0). I've got the same problem
with all of the tracks I purchased from Tiscali Music so I'm unable to play
them! I'm using Windows XP with SP2 installed, WMP 10.0.0.3802. I tried to
disable MS Firewall and other similar engines (i.e. Symantec Antivirus). As
suggested me from the Tiscali Music Italia support center, I removed WMP10; I
renamed the file named "drmstore.hds" (located in C:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\DRM) to "drmstore.old" and I reinstalled WMP 10. Nothing
change. I also try to play the track using Music Match Box 10 with no
success. Unfortunately I don't remember last time I played my tracks without
problem: I'm only sure that everything works fine until june, 2.
Many thanks for any support/comment.
