Windows media player playback

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi everyone,
I recently bought some CD-RW disks to copy files from my media library, but
whilst it will let me copy to a CD-R, the player does not even register the
existance of the CD-RW disks. It keeps saying 'please insert blank disk'
even though there is one in the drive. I have a DVD/CD-RW drive on my
computer so I cant understand it. I have tried 4 blank discs, all with the
same response. Does anyone know why and how I go about fixing it.
