Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I renamed the file in regedit.exe but I'm still getting the same error
message when I try opening the original file that I received in Hotmail.

I think I'll have to live with this problem which I'm not too happy about.

Any other thoughts about resolving this MS problem ?
