When it says "Connecting to Media" it will attempt to connect for about a
minute or two, after which a box will pop up and will give a reason why it
couldn't play the clip. Be sure and wait long enough for this to happen
(it's tempting to hit stop or back out of what you were doing). Choose the
"More information" tab to get the error code. If it doesn't give you the
option to get the error code then I am truly stumped! Without the error
code telling you WHY it isn't connecting it will be especially hard to
diagnose! Sorry for your dillema, I truly understand your frustration!!!
