crash on find album info

hello all !
need help about the find album info mode...!
got win xp wmp 10 .. and when i wanna do a find album info wmp start to
search and when it comes to search track 1 wmp crash ..!
a pop up window apear and says :
window media player has encountered a problem and needs to close.....
then on the for more info about this error , i v got :

then got to press ok and wmp juste close himself....1!!!!!!!!

my connexion s fine ! and i got this pro since wmp v.9
(this append only when a rip my cd off line and then when i connect to get
the info ..
if i rip cd when i m online it does work perfect....) heeeeeelp!!!
