Connecting to WBAL AM Radio unsuccessful

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have spent DAYS trying to access WBAL on either Windows Media Player or
RealPlayer. It says Connecting..... then I always get the message - Windows
Media Player cannot play the file because a network problem occurred, or
error message C00D11C3. I have no problem accessing other radio stations such
as WGN or ESPN. I have Mozilla Firefox and Windows Explorer. PLEASE HELP
ME!!!
