Windows Media Player License

I have Napster and tried downloading some songs after paying for them. After
purchasing the normal process is to send the tracks to the library to be
downloaded. They were sent but are not being downloaded. The status Napster
gives says "License Error". The message it gives when i double click is "Some
of the data needed by Windows Media Player to play this track appears to be
missing or corrupt".
Then I go to Windows Media Player and click on TOOLS, then MANAGE LICENSES,
it pulls up the option for me to restore or backup my license. Either one of
those that I choose gives me this error "Windows Media Player cannot play,
synchronize, or burn a protected file because an error occurred while
verifying the license". I then go to a track that is in my WMP library and
right click and choose OPTIONS, then click the LICENSE tab and there are no
license details. In other words something is wrong with my Windows Media
Player license. Either it's not there or it's corrupted or something. This is
the first time I've had this problem.
The Error Message ID the WMP when I click on "web help" is "C00D11DA"
My WMP version is 10.00.00.3646.
