why can't I use the "advanced tag editor"

when I try to change any option in advanced tag editor, there is an error:
WMP cannot perform the requested action. Your computer's time and date might
not be set correctly.
my winxp is sp2, anyone has this same problem?
how to fix it? thanks a lot !
