Error with Online Stores in WMP10

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

When I try to access an online music store, for example the MSN one, I simply
get a little red cross in the top left corner and that’s it. No error message
or anything they just don't work. This seems to be true for all the store
that are of the msn type (i.e. Tiscali, Wannado etc. but not Court TV or any
of those).

I also have trouble with the windows media connect plug-in in that if I run
it I get this:

"Folder sharing cannot be started
the dependency service or group failed to start"

I don't know what that means and I can't find anything on the Microsoft
FAQ's so I've come here.

I'm not sure if these issues are related but I would imagine they are, I've
been having the problem for months now although I have definitely used the
MSN music store in the past and can't think of anything substantial that I've
changed.
