Talk to AOL/Nullsoft. You can not longer use anything but DirectSound to
output WMA files. Trusted Computing very much (that programming "stuff"
that I don't know about) limit what you can do, no matter how good of a
coder you are.

"Tags" have nothing do with with WMRM/licenses/anything that you are talking
about in your post. Remember, it's important to understand how this stuff
