RE: 80070422, start service has no effect?

Stand down troops, problem has resolved itself. Having had the error and then
started the service, I thought this SHOULD have had me up and running, but i
needed to re-boot the machine before the changes were picked up by media
player. Might just have been a blip, but may be worth remembering for other
unfortunate souls.
