WMP 10 causing computer to crash

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I hate the new version its SOOOOOOOOO slow and buggy as heck and has caused
my computer to crash or stop responding they really need to know about this
and come out with some fixes or improvments i never had probs with previous
versions.
