Error Message C00D1197 - help

I have version 10.00.00.3646 of Windows Media Player and my operating system
is Windows XP, Home Edition.

I recently bought a Zillion PA30B MP3 player (made by Digital Square Co
Ltd). I have connected this to my PC and the MP3 registers that the USB is
connected. I have downloaded some tracks from legitimate websites (e.g.
Wanadoo) into Windows Media Player and can play them on my PC. However when I
try to synchronise my PC with the MP3 player, to transfer them across, I
receive an error message COOD1197 - Cannot play the file. I have tried the
suggested remedies e.g. enabling all network protocols and verifying proxy
server settings but this has not worked.

Can anyone help as I don't know what to try next?
