Buffering is not usually something you have control over, if you're on a
slow dial up connection or a DSL connection that lots of folks are sharing
in a popular time of day, buffering is perfectly normal.
If you're on a dial up connection and cannot afford DSL or broadband, get
your local phone company to check the line to ensure it's as good as
possible. If you're on DSL or broadband, ask about going faster.
