WMP 10 error with Napster to Go

I've been trying to get my son's Dell Pocket DJ to work with Napster to Go.
It worked for the first month of the free trial that came with it, then
stopped working. Napster recognizes it and starts transfers, but ALWAYS
gives Transfer Error message "Windows Media Player has encountered an unknown
error". When synching files already in library, same thing happens. And
WMP10 doesn't detect Napster, which I definitely have. Can't find anything
helpful on Windows FAQs, and Dell told me to download firmware that it turned
out was already in the DJ, so I assume it's a WMP problem....has anyone else
had this problem or can tell me what to do about it? I really appreciate
anyone's help....thanks!
