It may be a poorly encoded MPG. But you haven't supplied any URLs or comparative information (e.g. does it work oK in other players) that might help with diagnosis.

Error message codes may be found searching there or via a general web search. Most problems have been addressed here before: don't expect a custom answer.

3. Please deliver feedback to the newsgroup, so that others can be helped. No one gets paid to help here, and the response rate from the helped is less than 1%. If that was how medical advancements were made you'd all have died years ago.
