Music manager wont give me my purchased tracks. When I click on buy it changes
to a tick and the download icon starts scrolling continuously, money is
deducted from my account and download history shows I have permanantly
downloaded the track but it cant be found in any of my folders.
I seem to be missing a link between "buy" and "download /save as/save in".
MSN music club support have suggested many ways of correcting the problem
but none have worked. Is it possible that I have uninstalled a critical file
by accident.
I have spent over £20 with nothing to show for it by trying suggested
remedies, although download manager shows system to be ok and test track
downloads every time.
