We too have this download problem on my sons new computer -running-WXP Home -
Media Player V10- purchase music from MSN Music. Downloads do not show in My
Music nor Start menu nor recent docs, but does show as downloaded in MS
Music. Have gone to their support site no help - I use exactly this on my own
computer with no problems, but can see on his that Music Manger is not there
- have tried to copy and run this from mine but will not work - any more
ideas please!!!!!
