Bertha,
Just a heads up - I finally got someone who knew at least something about
the issue. I have returned three of these as defective since there is no
known fix yet. Just something you should mention to the rep you bought it
from or call tech support back and explain it to them that you have been told
by tech support it is defective and should be replaced but that you had to
hang up before they could set up the replacement.Hope that helps!
