Mike,
Sorry, but your response was a little rude. We know there is no guarantee
for a response, but at $245.00 for a call to Microsoft or $35.00 to email,
most of us would prefer a more cost effective way to solve this problem.
With Gateway having no clue why we are getting this error message, and the
fact that so many of us out here are having the same problem (according to
Gateway), I was really hoping someone would be able to help. I've had my MP3
since Christmas and still cannot use it, can't get past the device
certificate issue. If there is anyone out there who has information on this
errormessage, I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
