Hang on, you are burning an "Audio CD", correct? It's converting the WMA to
PCM audio, then burns that to the CD. The re-encoding settings do not apply
to Audio CD creation as they must follow the Red Book Standard. Those
settings only apply to transfer to portable device and maybe the during of
Data CD's (Don't remember on that one)
