Connection with Server error message

I have brought a song from bigpond music and when i try to play it i get a
error message through media player 10 saying a security update is requierd to
play this file. Do you want to download this upgrade. I click yes and a
message coems up saying a connection with the server cannot be established
even tho i am connected to the net.
