WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER 10,NO VISUALIZATIONS,HELP

SUDDENLY my windows media player 9 doesn't play the visualizations ( all )
during mp3 or wave files..
it visualize the name of the vis,and the black screen
i decide to upgrade to windows media player 10,BUT THE PROBLEM remains :(

what can i do to fix this annoying problem?
