It not quite the point but you can remove DRM without the CD stage. A
program JetAudio in version 5, not the latest version (6), has a conversion
capability to convert protected DRM WMA files to unprotected WMA files in
one step. JetAudio 5 can be found in Google by entering 'jad5.exe'. By
version 6, the JetAudio people had blocked it. It works great and that is
what I am doing now until iRiver get round to it.
