I am having this exact same issue! Does anyone have a solution for
it? Also, whenever I am watching a video file (any one, other than a
DVD), if I skip around in the file, the volume is increased a lot!
The two ways to make the volume normal again are to either increase or
decrease the WMP volume control by any amount or to pause and then
play the file again. Does anyone know how to fix either of these two
problems? I am beginning to hate WMP, even though version 10 looks
soooo nice... :(
