Neither is terribly good:
===
Error Number: 2147647516 (0x8002801C)
Symbolic Name: TYPE_E_REGISTRYACCESS
Text description: Error accessing the OLE registry.

Error Number: 2147614729 (0x80020009)
Symbolic Name: DISP_E_EXCEPTION
Text description: Exception occurred.
===

If you can't register either of those dlls, this would be expected to fail
as your system would not be working properly. Are you having registry
problems with other applications?
