You are starting with File1.mpg, right? Sounds like you are dragging
File2.mpg, thus the order would be File2.mpg, File3.mpg, and then File1.mpg.
Click and drag File1.mpg, then the ordering follows the correct 1, 2, 3
order that you are trying to get.
