I don't know what more you want from my example but I'll clearly list
my exact steps so you can reproduce it as a real world example. I
have three MPG files: "File1.MPG", "File2.MPG" and "File3.MPG"
* Open File explorer to the directory containing those three files.
Sort by Name.
* Open Windows Media Player. Clear the play list.
* Select the three files above in File Explorer as a multiple
selection.
* Note the order of these files: File1.mpg, File2.mpg, File3.mpg
* Drag the three selected files into the Media player play list as a
single drag operation.
* Note the order of the files in the play list: File2.mpg, File3.mpg,
File1.mpg
As an additional exercise I sorted by name, cleared the list and then
added the three files again with the exact same results. I also tried
this using MP3 files with the exact same results.
Are my instructions clear enough for you to duplicate the bug?
