I am not currently using the SP2, because it affects 50-200 applications as I
have read, by blocking their internet access. I am a dial-up user and it can
take up to a month for the SP2 to be downloaded over my connection. Also the
Internet Connection Firewall of the SP2 lacks in major features as I have
read on cnet. I am currently using a better one. I do not use Outlook, so I
do not care about any improvements on it. And I use a download manager for my
downloads and not Internet Explorer.

I have also read the reviews of users who downloaded it and they had nothing
but problems to their pc (slow start up time, system freezes and needs
reboot).

So what's the purpose of downloading something that can cause only problems?
