what are you trying to do with the map? what is the file extension (.jpg,
gif)?
and why is the player supposed to be an issue with downloading maps from a
website??
Thanks

When I try to download to my PC at work a city map from
http://www.microsoft.com/mappoint/business/pocket/mapdownload/psmapsearch.as
px
I get one of two error messages:
C00D11CD or 800C000B
I am using Windows Media Player 9 and have Windows XP. I thought the
problem
might have to do with getting administrative permission from my IT
department
to download the file, but that didn't seem to solve the problem. Any
thoughts?
