I tried to burn a track onto a CD from my Windows Media Player 9 and it came
up with error C0011CD.

I last successfully used the Media Player to burn a CD about two months ago.
I should mention that yesterday, I attempted to download and install the big
Windows XP Update from the Microsoft site and the machine crashed as it was
installing it.

I should add that I am not very good with computers, so if anyone can help
me, please keep the explanation simple...

Thanks - Pam Hunt
