i will be a little more specific on the issues that ive had with wmp10. but
i will make it clear, my issues with wmp are only in regards to dual display.

okay.... so ive got a dual display setup:

issue number 1:
originally i used to be running 2 monitors at different resolutions -
primary 1024, secondary 800. if you have wmp on the secondary display and
full screen a playing video, the video will be cut by 1/6th and full screen
to a default res of 1024.... thus your missing the difference between the
800*600 and the 1024*768 - hope you know what i mean......

issue number 2:
full screened visualisations dont work on only one specific display - like
when you maximise a playing video it will only full screen on the display of
which wmp is on. so if i fullscreen a playing video on secondary display, i
can still work on my primary with a full screen vid on my secondary. but
when you use specific visualisations such as "battery", it full screens
across the primary display and makes the secondary unusable - im assuming
this has something to do with visualisation design in that its resolutions
are adjustable - i dont really know much about this stuff..... but thats a
problem - visualisations such as alchamey or the new wmp10 energy bliss work
fine

issue number 3:
playback of video/dvd/visualizations are at a reduced performance when on
dual display setups.... likely a operating system problemo or something
else.... either way i dont really have a major issue as its likely system
resource intensive in dual display

issue number 4:
often when im watching video playbacks or dvds on my secondary display with
full screen.... the video will after a certain amount of time drop out of
full screen, so i will then have to full screen the video again. and this
repeats itself all the time, but at different intervals

thats basically the main problems i have, these were issues that i and
others bought up during the technical beta, during the wmp9 days, and wmp8
this kinda gives you a reason as to why im so pissed, they are issues i
thought by now would have been rectified.... but i dont really know what the
go is because its not like anyone can contact me and say.... "we've tried to
fix it, but we have no idea whats going on, its likely your stupid computer"
for which i would happily reply "thank you for looking into the issue, i
guess ill just buy a new pc and hope for the best"

btw: amd 2400+, 1gig ram, 5900xt nvda

please feel free to respond, id like to hear what someone has to say about
my rediculous issues
