You're referring to the sytem Help and Support dialog? That uses the old
help file, yes. If you want to use the v10 help file, go to WMP10's Help
menu. =)

The tour is about 4MB, or about half of the size of the player package as it
stands. Shipping an extra 50% to all users when it's only beneficial to a
small subset of users just wasn't deemed the proper investment at this time.

Pretty much all suggestions were considered - but only so (very) many met
the bar for this release. There's all sorts of great ideas out there, and
that's what drives things to keep improving over time. You can't please
everyone, especially when you're talking a target market of hundreds of
millions of people. =)
