Hello!

I headed over to the first link you provided, http://tinyurl.com/32zkh but there is a notation that indicates the URL is unavailable...

I also tried the other link you offered for the tiny Nero plug-in, and it came up as an article from the San Francisco chronicle, moving me to this address: http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2003/10/27/BUGU82J5TT1.DTL

Perplexing problem... I wonder if you have any other thoughts. Thanks again for trying!

What if I go to HP and see if they have any suggestions for working with windows media player? I also am having trouble with RealPlayer. It is a similar phenomenon. Do you think it is possible there is a worm or virus out there that could target people in their music files?

Thanks again!
