That's fine. The only reason I'm here is to post to someone that could help me address my problem with WMP and the C00D11CD error I get trying to play a wmv file. If you are here to help everyone, tell me what I need to tell you about the problem I'm experiencing. It would be great to help others viewing this post, too.
I can tell you right from the start that I have a similar PC (Dell Optiplex GX 260) with company supplied MS XP and WMP 9.00.00.3128. I have the same set up as ther person in the office right next to me - they can play the video at the following site:
http://healingwell.healthology.com/focus_index.asp?f=hiv
I can't.
Any clues as to why this is and what other info would be needed to troubleshoot this issue?
