unable to play dvd's with media player 9

Recently installed new monitor & drivers. Im not sure if this caused problem, doubt it. Problem. when trying to play dvd, error message. "Key exchange for DVD copy protection failed. errror ID=0XC00D1163, condition ID=0X00000000
The problem exist in windows media player 9, real one dvd player, dvd player. The problem does not exist in Power DVD player?
