Error Message C00D1197

I encountered this error while trying to download an attachement for a windows media video. I used all of the correction procedures that were given and it still does not download. It reads as follows: You've encountered error message C00D1197 while using windows media player. The version I am using is Windows Media Player 9 for XP.
