For example I got the error if I try to play every type of radio that was in the library or in the Windowsmedia.com. Some examples:
http://stream.servstream.com/ViewWeb/BBCTechnology/Event/BBC_World_Service.asx

http://www.rtl.it/mediaplayer/rtl1025.asx

http://www.105.net/fmclassics.asx

How can I reinstall DirectX on my PC ???

Bye
