Thanks to everyone who responded. I was not really
upset. I saw that my posts were not responded to and
were moving to page 10 without any replies. I took the
advice of accessing my registry (I had to add the
WindowsMediaPlayer key). So far so good. We'll see what
happens. Thanks again everyone!

version like to Windows 2000 professional, Windows XP has
posed many problems for some. Or you can try upgrading
your computer with more "power": hard drive space,
memory, so on & so forth it should work then but
something in your computer now evidently is not
compatible with what this new media player requires. Just
a suggestion I am by no means an expert just call it as I
see it.
